You'll join our experienced M365 Productivity & Adoption team, working alongside skilled consultants, developers, and project teams to deliver innovative Microsoft solutions to a wide range of clients.

The role and what you'll be getting up to on a day-to-day basis:

 We are looking for a Senior M365 Functional Consultant – SharePoint & Purview Specialist to help clients design, implement, and optimise Microsoft 365 solutions.

Reporting to the M365 Productivity & Engagement Practice Manager, you will work directly with clients to deliver modern workplace solutions focused on SharePoint, Microsoft Purview, Governance, Compliance, and Microsoft Copilot

You will:

·      Design and deliver Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online solutions for clients.

·      Advise on SharePoint architecture, information architecture, metadata, and content management best practices.

·      Implement governance, security, compliance, and records management solutions using Microsoft Purview.

·      Support organisations in preparing for and adopting Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio.

·      Lead workshops to gather requirements and shape solutions.

·      Deliver SharePoint migrations using tools such as ShareGate, SharePoint Migration Tool, or Migration Manager.

·      Build trusted relationships with clients and provide strategic guidance.

·      Contribute to pre-sales activities, solution roadmaps, and client proposals.

·      Share knowledge and mentor colleagues across the business.

·      Deliver training and adoption activities to help clients maximise value from Microsoft technologies.

What We're Looking For:

·  Strong consulting experience with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online.

·  Experience implementing governance, security, compliance, and information management solutions using Microsoft Purview.

·  Experience delivering SharePoint content migrations.

·  Experience facilitating workshops and gathering business requirements.

·  Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

·  Ability to translate technical concepts into business value.

·  Client-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

·  Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a consulting environment.

·  Eligibility for full Security Clearance.

 Desirable Skills

·  Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Readiness engagements, or Copilot Studio.

·  Experience delivering intranet, document management, records management, or business process solutions.

·  SharePoint Framework (SPFx) development experience.

·  Project management experience.

·  Experience delivering end-user training across Microsoft 365 technologies, including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Purview, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
