We’re looking for a Microsoft 365 Support Analyst to join the M365 Productivity & Engagement team at Storm Technology, a Littlefish company on a 7 month fixed term basis. You’ll work within a collaborative Support Desk environment, helping users across multiple organisations resolve application issues and achieve their business objectives.

You’ll act as a key point of contact for application support, troubleshooting problems, managing incidents and providing clear guidance to users.

You’ll also help develop the processes, procedures and documentation that underpin an effective and customer-focused Support Desk.

We need a candidate with:

•       The ability to manage tasks and support incidents
•       Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
•       Excellent written and verbal communication
•       A proactive approach with a genuine sense of ownership
•       The drive to learn, develop and build your technical knowledge
•       A collaborative, team-focused mindset

Previous experience within a Support Desk environment would be beneficial, while experience with Microsoft technologies, particularly SharePoint, would be an advantage.
